Description

For drilling very long patching dowels to be used with a Forstner or cylinder bit

For drilling of very long patching dowels. The plug cutters are manufactured to be slightly too large, this allows the dowel to fit comfortably inside. For use with Forstner or cylinder bit.

Plug cutter with spiral-shaped broaching teeth made of first-class special steel for the production of tenons to cut out knots, multiple blades, with peripheral cutting edge and cylindrical shaft in accordance to DIN 7489.

 

Cutter blade qualities

HW = tungsten carbide (old designation HM)

HS = high-alloy high-speed steel (high-performance steel) 

SP = alloy tool steel (special steel)
