Description

The Metribox is a new and innovative electronic staircase measuring system for staircase construction. If new concrete staircases are being built or older houses are being renovated and new wooden steps are being installed, time-consuming and labour-intensive measurements must be taken on site by a specialist. Maximum precision is required if the new staircases are to fit first time, without any problems. Standard market software applications for staircase builders however, are usually very cost-intensive and complex to use.

The Metribox is a sophisticated and fully-equipped solution with no hidden costs. Simple - quick - perfect!

With the Metribox, even complex staircase measurements can be carried out quickly and easily on site, with maximum precision.

The measured stair steps are immediately displayed in real time during the measuring process in the computer software supplied, and either saved as a digital template image or imported directly into the CNC machine.

The Metribox can be used in many more ways than just for measuring concrete staircases that are clad with wood.

Renovation work, table cut-outs, window construction and much more.

With the unique interface, it does not matter which Felder product the customer has. Whether Industry 4.0 or hand-crafted 4.0, - it always works!

The Metribox can export the print plans for a cutting plan, if the customer has a circular saw without a staircase function.

Delivery includes:

  • 1 x Metribox measuring system complete with stainless steel base plate
  • 1 x stainless steel measuring aid
  • 1 x battery charger incl. 4 AA NI-MH rechargeable batteries
  • 1 x USB data stick including Metribox installation instructions, calibration data and user manual
  • 1 x Stairbox remote control including battery and spare battery
