Highlights & Details
Infeed rollersThe infeed rollers are “float” mounted, and are thus lifted gently for large depths of cut. – Due to the positioning of the springs, the infeed rollers are lifted gently ensuring that constant pressure is applied to the workpiece. This is especially important when processing pieces with a large depth of cut.
Supporting RollerFor those customers that regularly process wet or resinous wood, we would recommend the option of the workpiece roller and lubrication unit on the infeed side of the machine
Adjustable integrated bed rollersOptional integrated adjustable bed rollers are available for processing workpieces with high resin or moisture content.
Outstanding stability and long-lasting precision4 trapezoidal spindles guarantee exact adjustment precision and ensure maximum planing bed load. Longitudinal guides integrated into the side of the machine chassis absorb the pressure that is put on the outfeed side and ensure that the planing table is guided with an accuracy of a tenth of a millimeter.
Table extensionIncreased comfort: Stable table extensions with workpiece roller on the outfeed side.
Height-adjustable scissor tableAn optional 45 ¼” (1150 mm) height adjustable scissor table is available.
“Digi-Drive”Enter required dimension, press start and the planer table will move accurately to the required position. Required and actual values are shown on LED displays. Additional optional functions, such as incremental position and four programmable thicknesser table positions are available.
“Power-Drive“Turn the control switch for quick adjustment; push the button for fine adjustment. The LED display clearly shows the actual value.
FeedStandard: Variable feed speed of between 5–20 m/min. Whether its a perfect finish or quick thickness calibration that is required, the correct feed speed can always be set to match.
Cast iron bearing seatsThe solid cast iron cutter-block housing is built for heavy duty work.
We can also provide rubber outfeed rollers as an option.
The pressure beams combined with the rubber or segmented infeed roller serves to machine simultaneously workpieces of differing width.
