Door cutter set with double groove, RB-HW

For a fixed frame and door leaf, interor and exterior profile. Spindle tooling set preset at 78 mm for frame interiors, 

The set can be changed over for the outer frame.

 

Made of steel, Bronzed surface. Fitted with HW exchangeable main cutters and pre-cutters.

For manual feeding, thickness limiter, low kick-back.

Adjustment range 68–106 mm, clamping height 120 mm.

 

Quality of the cutting edges

HW = tungsten carbide (old designation HM)

HS = high-alloy high-speed steel (high-performance steel) 

SP = alloy tool steel (special steel)

Abbreviations
