Cutting and deep-drawing oil

This high-performance oil is a special lubricant for the spraying device of our circular saws.

For the processing of non-ferrous metals or plastics, the machine can be equipped with a spraying unit. This high-performance oil is channelled directly from the spray agent container to a special spray nozzle on the saw blade and applied in an optimally wear-resistant way. The use of this product reduces friction and resulting heat development. This has a positive effect on the tool life and cutting quality.

INDUOIL HL40 is a medium-viscosity, plant-based cutting and deep-drawing oil that is used undiluted for machining non-ferrous metals. It is toxicologically safe, and free from chlorine, silicone and heavy metals.

Minimum quantity lubrication has the following advantages:

• Minimal residue
• Dry workpieces, machines and shavings
• No disposal of the coolant
• Improvement in tool life
