In order to place your order bindingly, a deposit of 20% of the purchase price is required. The remaining balance is then only due shortly before the delivery of your model.

As soon as your model is ready for dispatch, we will inform you by e-mail. The remaining payment is due before delivery. After receipt of payment, your anniversary model will be immediately handed over to our shipping company, which will then contact you to coordinate the delivery date.

Due to the high demand as part of our anniversary promotion, we are planning delivery for the end of April to the beginning of May. We produce our anniversary models in production cycles in order to be able to offer you "free delivery" and the extremely attractive promotional price.

Yes, definitely. As soon as your model is being prepared for dispatch (approx. 1–2 weeks before delivery), we will contact you to coordinate the remaining payment. After receipt of payment, our shipping company will contact you by telephone or e-mail to set the exact day and time window for delivery.

If you are on vacation during the planned delivery period, that's no problem. Please just let us know shortly after your order or when the remaining payment is announced. We will then store your model free of charge for a short time and deliver it on your desired date after your return.

Due to high demand and weekly changing offers, reservation beyond the promotional period is unfortunately not possible. Only a completed order secures the anniversary promotional price for you.

Of course. Even with our promotional models, you benefit from the full Felder service package and the regular factory warranty. The promotional price has no influence on our services or the supply of spare parts.
