DriveThe machine runs totally on air pressure with a minimum of 6.5 Bar required. This means that the router motor, the movement of the routers and the workpiece clamp are all pneumatically controlled.

Router BitsThe use of different router bits increases the flexibility and range of material that can be used. In addition the support bed provides a perfect processing of the workpiece. As standard 2 router bits are provided with 2 mm and 3 mm radius.

Processed materialThe FELDER ERM 1050 offers professional processing of all types of edges incl ABS, PVC and solid strips between 0.4 and 3.0 mm in thickness. Additionally the ERM 1050 can also process post- or softforming workpieces.
