Description
Blackflex consists of a backing made of anti-static paper and high-performance corundum abrasive grain bonded with synthetic resin.
Blackflex sanding belts have a very long service life and can be used to work on all types of wood. Aluminium can also be processed without the belt becoming clogged.
Materials that can be processed:
- Softwoods and hardwoods
- Aluminium, non-ferrous metals
"Very fine" granulation(280-1200) - For the re-sanding watered, primed and painted surfaces
"Fine" granulation (150-240) - For the fine sanding of raw wood surfaces
"Medium" granulation (70-120) - For the coarse pre-sanding of raw wood surfaces
"Coarse" granulation (30-60) - To remove layers of glue and paint
for edge and belt sanders
