The solid, heavy-duty steel construction of the CAP 25.13 serves as the framework for precise and consistent pressing results. High-quality linear guides and the robust machine design ensure maximum stability, even when high pressing forces are applied.

With up to 1,700 kg (3.747,85 lb) of horizontal and 1,200 kg (2.645,54 lb) of vertical pressing force, the CAP 25.13 offers sufficient power reserves to handle a broad range of cabinet designs. The large-area power transmission makes sure that pressure is applied evenly and that angles are spot on across the entire workpiece.

The trapezoidal threaded spindle with a diameter of 40 mm (1 37/64 in) fitted on both sides, ensures particularly stable and precise movement of the upper horizontal press unit. As a result, the machine offers maximum repeatability, smooth operation and durability, even under high-intensity use.

The continuous and adjustable pressing units can be positioned independently along the entire depth of the workpiece. As a result, narrow components, custom designs or delicate areas can be specifically supported and press-fitted with precision – ensuring maximum flexibility during daily production.

With a power input of only 0.75 kW and reduced compressed air consumption, the CAP 25.13 combines high productivity with low operating costs. High-quality components and a service-friendly design ensure long-term reliability and minimal maintenance requirements.

The lateral vertical pressing module, featuring a pneumatic stroke and an integrated holding function, enables highly controlled force transmission to delicate workpieces.
