The new Format4 L-motion loading unit enables maximised production with single person operation. With cycle times of 15 seconds, the material flow in a linear system can be optimised and the full efficiency of the production capacity used to maximum advantage. The optional slewing gear positions the panels along and across the cutting direction, depending on the requirements of the user or the cutting optimisation software.

Thanks to the individually selectable number of stacking and storage locations, the panel capacity and thus also the dimensioning of the infeed system can be precisely configured according to your needs.
Automatic infeed avoids heavy manual lifting which significantly increases the safety at work for your operators. The resulting single person operation of both loading and processing increases the efficiency and reduces resources in terms of costs and time of daily operations.
