All models achieve a residual dust content of less than 0.1 mg/m³, which is significantly below the legal limit. This means they comply with H3 dust rating requirements and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
A key design advantage of the FELDER extraction system is the positioning of the fan on the clean air side. This technology creates a constant negative pressure throughout the system, reliably preventing dust from escaping even through the smallest leaks. All FELDER dust extractors are, of course, tested and certified in accordance with European Standard EN 16770.

TheRL 350 perform model sets new standards in its class. Thanks to a specially developed fan wheel, it achieves a maximum air flow rate of 10,000 m³/h. At the same time, the negative pressure in the nominal air flow rate is increased by around 30%, which ensures outstanding extraction performance on all connected machines.
Smart filter technology for consistent performance
The tried-and-tested cartridge filter system offers a generous filtration area of approximately 90 m². A consistently high extraction power is ensured by its optimised JET cleaning system. This system cleans the filter elements fully automatically during operation. In addition, a cleaning cycle is activated each time the fan is switched off to ensure maximum filter performance for the next use.
