2017 LEBLANC AMENAGEMENTS decided to renew the tooling equipment in their production. Although Jérome LEBLANC already had a combination machine, he chose a FELDER CF 741 SP.
Regarding to mister LEBLANC, it is difficult nowadays to find a combination machine, where you get the same results as with a solo machine. The flexibility of the Format Sliding Table X-Roll with a cutting lenght of 2800 mm and the quick-change spindle ­system, which allows him to change very quickly from a traditional moulder spindle to a highspeed router spindle for excavation work, moved him to work allone.

Therefor some investigations have been made, such as a sliding tabel saw kappa 400 x- motion 2011, followed by many material investments for the premium brand Felder and Format4. The New owner of Closet Works, Frank Happ, brings many years of manufacturing experience to an already established business. In a complete plant overhaul, Happ decided to replace all of their existing machinery with new and updated. Since implementing the new machinery, not only has Closet Works doubled their production output but they have done so while almost eliminating the need for a second shift. Operating Costs have been greatly reduced and quality of the works has greatly increased.
2013 was Closet Works best year in it’s 27 year history and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without Felder
