Maximum precision when dowel boring with the Felder FD 29 professional. With 29 high quality drilling spindels positioned at 32 mm intervals, drills with a maximum diameter of 35 mm can be used, exact rows of holes and dowel bores are guaranteed. The welded chassis in combination with the solid cast iron table, rigid side and longitudinal stops, as well as pneumatic workpiece holders and ergonomically designed operating elements ensure that the FD 29 professional, is a dowel boring machine of the top class.

Details

29 spindle unit, bayonet lock, 32 mm system. The drilling unit can be tilted from 0°–90° using compressed air.

The Felder combination drilling segments guarantee accurate holes for your preferred hinge supplier, in one working process.

The 8 mm compensation ensures that when carrying out corner connectors the drilling depth only needs to be set once.

Digital lateral fences on the left and the right side with a fence profile of 420 mm for tenths of a millimetre precision adjustment.

Two 1,500 mm linear fences each with two stops.

Fence depth adjustable up to 300 mm with a scale.

Additional pressure cylinders ensure maximum clamping force.

The 90° fence and the 45° mitre fence offer comfort and precision with every application.

Optional: Holders for the side fences, fence extensions and two tool holders each holding 21 tools ensures that all equipment required is always at hand.
