With the tilting circular saw unit and a precision double-hanging system for exact angle and height adjustment, the K 430 guarantees a new dimension of efficiency. Thanks to the built-in, electrically operated scoring saw blade with Ø 120 mm, even cuts through materials with a sensitive surface become child’s play. At the heart of the K 430 is a powerful circular saw unit with 7.5 hp. The main saw blade with up to Ø 315 mm is clamped into a massive saw shaft, thus enabling a cutting height of 95 mm. The power transmission from the motor to the circular saw shaft is achieved through large-scale Poly-V belt contact surfaces. The V-shaped design increases the surface area of the drive belt on the pulleys, which reduces slippage. This ensures nearly lossless and optimum power transmission from the motor to the circular saw shaft.
Manufactured entirely from cast iron, the circular saw unit of the Hammer K 430 offers a new dimension of running smoothness and efficiency:

The infinitely adjustable tilting range between 90° and 45° ensures precise mitre cuts. In the 90° and 45° positions, end stops ensure the exact positioning of the setting. An indicator clock in the handwheel facilitates the exact setting and reading of the corresponding values.
The electrically driven scoring saw blade with Ø 120 mm ensures tear-out free cuts and is perfectly suitable for materials with a surface that tears easily. The adjustment of the lateral position and the height of the scorer is carried out via adjustment wheels above the handwheel for the circular saw height adjustment.
Guided on a chrome-plated solid steel round bar, the professional rip fence is extremely smooth-running and easy to operate. You can precisely set the desired dimension via quick and fine adjustment.
The large machine table enables a cutting width of 1250 mm to the right of the saw blade.
The solid outrigger table with an enlarged support surface and large-dimensioned telescopic crosscut fence allows you to precisely carry out panel cutting, format cutting, and crosscutting in limitless dimensions. The crosscut fence can be extended up to 2600 mm. The fence is delivered with one crosscut fence stop. The fence can be mounted in both the push and pull positions and can be tilted to 45°.
The Hammer sliding table is designed for maximum loads. The smooth-running precision guiding system guarantees precise crosscutting, mitre cutting, and format cutting.
With a cutting length of 3200 mm, even the largest panel formats can be cut. The table can be locked in 2 positions.
