The patented tilt segment “Easy-Glide” fulfills the highest requirements in businesses and industries. A precise, guided, doublesided support, guarantees maximum load bearing and tolerance free tilting and is absolutely maintenance free. A special, highly durable synthetic material situated in the guide of the tilting segment ensures extremely smooth movement and long-lasting precision. The tilting guide system, a synthetic material tried and tested in aerospace and lock construction, works without the requirement of lubrication and is totally resistant to dust. With a 6 year factory guarantee this Felder component offers reliabilty for many years to come.

The fully electronic ”Power-Drive” control offers exact adjustment and repeatability. Using a turnable knob, you can adjust the height and angle, the fine-adjustment allows adjustment to a tenth of a millimetre at the push of a button. Red LED digits inform you of the exact actual value in real time. 900 series machines also have a digital display for the current rotation speed.

The unlimited range of applications of your new tilting spindle moulder F 900 is also supported by a Felder spindle moulder quick-change system. For series production, it is possible, within seconds, to exchange cutterblocks fitted with pre-mounted moulding tools or switch between moulding spindles with different diameters. A very special feature is the Felder high-speed moulding spindle for routers with 15,000 rpm.

The fence allows tooling of a maximum diameter of 230 mm to be used. The fine adjustment can be set between -5 to +25 mm. The extraction of the chips is done via the integrated extraction connection.

The large table opening allows for maximum operator safety. For large dimension tooling, as used for tenoning and panel raising, the cutterblock can be conveniently positioned below the table.

The dual extraction system from the spindle unit and fence ensures that the machine stays clean and dust free.

The safety bar guides are great for end-grain work (optional).

Hardened anodised aluminium fence plates standard on the Professional range. Accurate fine adjustment on the removable spindle fence via a scale from –5 to +25 mm.

The “swing away” power feeder arm provides maximum operating convenience.

Accurate tenons are much easier with the FELDER “X-Roll” sliding table. This precision guiding system will accept maximum loads without compromising the smooth and accurate stroke of the sliding table.

Since their invention in 1969, Felder system table extensions have become a very common and useful choice for many Felder owners. Within seconds and without the use of tools, you are able to increase the working surface of your Felder.

Optional equipment: an outrigger table can be added to your tenoning. With this valuable option you can easily work with large workpieces such as entrance doors for rebate operations.
