The new brush sanding machines for universal applications
No more time-consuming and expensive manual work when sanding panelled doors, profiles, frames and textured wooden surfaces! Depending on the model, 3 or 5 brush units, sanding brushes, disc brushes and cleaning brushes ensure excellent surface finishes for coarse, fine, finish and intermediate lacquer sanding. Each individual brush sanding unit is equipped with two different sanding grits, thus eliminating the need for tedious sanding grit changes - this is high-efficiency for craftsmen, trade and industry.

Among other things, the new finebrush 953 stands out with its small footprint and numerous application options. The brush sanding machine can be operated intuitively via the manual control panel and the machine functions are clearly displayed. The height of the infeed table is adjusted electrically in tenths of a millimetre increments directly via the control panel and is shown on the digital height display.
The engagement height can be easily adjusted using a handwheel on the units themselves.
The machine can also be equipped with roller table extensions on both the infeed and outfeed ends to provide ideal processing conditions for larger workpieces.

Details
The continuously vulcanised feed belt with honeycomb structure guarantees maximum precision and durability. The 1 - 5 m/min feed speeds ensure optimum adaptation to the material and the sanding brush grit. The speed can also be adjusted during the sanding process.
The clearance height can be adjusted electrically from 3 - 140 mm in tenths of a millimetre increments via the control panel.
The clearly structured and intuitive control panel provides maximum productivity. Via the main control panel, the work table can be set to the desired clearance height, fine-adjusted in 0.1 mm increments, the desired feed speed selected and the machine switched on. The exact clearance height is shown on a digital display. Likewise, the required speed and rotation direction of the individual brush units can also be controlled via the control panel.
The 200 mm diameter sanding brushes sand the workpieces in a longitudinal direction, which also enables the machining of transverse workpiece edges. The direction of rotation and the sanding speed can be continuously adjusted and set between 150 - 600 rpm. The engagement height of the longitudinal brushing unit can be easily adjusted using a handwheel directly on the unit itself.
The disc brush unit with 2 oscillating sanding brushes with a diameter of 250 mm processes the workpieces using rotary sanding. Sharp workpiece edges are thus easily rounded and internal corners are cleanly machined.
The oscillation control installed as standard enables uniform utilisation of the sanding brushes resulting in a homogeneous finish.
The direction of rotation and the sanding speed can be continuously adjusted and set between 250 - 750 rpm conveniently from the control panel.
The engagement height of the disc brushes can be easily adjusted using a handwheel directly on the unit itself.

Optional, cleaning nozzles for the workpiece and feed belt can also be installed at the machine outfeed.
On request, we can equip your Format4 finebrush 953 with a 300 mm roller table extension on the in- and outfeed ends.
The grinding inserts on the longitudinal and disc brushes can be exchanged quickly and easily and reduce any set-up times enormously.
