The planer thicknessers from the Felder 900 series have been successful for many years and were developed specifically for intensive use in small and large woodworking companies. They have now been optimised even further by the Tyrolean machine manufacturers to meet the demands of modern professional woodworkers.

A masterpiece of stability, precision and space saving design - the innovative parallelogram system on the Felder planing fence allows you to be able to position your machine directly next to the workshop wall, without restricting the planing width. The planer fence can be tilted to any position between 90°–45°, the planer fence will always remain flush with the planing table.

The planer fence can be tilted to any position up to 45 degrees. There is an end stop at both the 90° and 45° positions.

When processing thin or narrow workpieces the new tiltable auxiliary fence attached to the planer fence, guarantees a safe and comfortable planing option.

The space saving planer guard is integrated into the machine chassis which stabilises the workpiece when planing and bevelling.

The EURO comfort planing fence can be folded in two places which offers maximum safety and the highest level of operating comfort for all planing work.

The large dimensioned scale with integrated magnifying lens is fitted perfectly into the machine chassis and guarantees a simple and exact reading of the depth of cut.

With the large ergonomically shaped depth of cut adjustment handle, you can adjust the depth of cut up to 8 mm quickly and precisely.

The highlight of the planers are the heavy, solid, ribbed planing tables with a total length of 2700 mm. The length of the infeed planing table alone is an impressive 1350 mm and offers a solid support surface even for the biggest of woodworking challenges.

The perfectly optimised construction of the large dimensioned chip extraction hood always guarantees the best extraction results.

The Felder system cutterblock has guaranteed perfect planing results for decades. Resin free locking screws and the self-setting knives make it possible to change the blade in less than 2 minutes. Time consuming adjustments and purchasing of expensive setting gauges are a thing of the past.
