With the new changeable gluepot, the flexibility and productivity of larger edgebanders can also be achieved with the Felder Series G 300 models. The quick and easy change to other adhesive colours and the use of PUR glue guarantee productive procedures and excellent edges for all areas of application.

The G 330 is the smallest edge bander with chain conveyor and with a length of 2 meters it fits in every workshop. The perfect coordination of the individual components eliminates the need for manual postprocessing.

Die G 360 impresses with even more power and the proven side trimming unit: Two independent high-frequency motors with a speed of 12,000 rpm and equipped with diamond cutters enable an unprecedented edge processing quality. A whole new standard of splinter-free, industrial quality glue joints with the G 360.

The new Felder G380 edgebander, with its extended end trimming unit and radius trimming, offers the highest level of flexibility in the edgebander compact class. The individual configuration with two finishing unit spaces and extensive all-round equipment in a compact design meet the highest quality standards, while taking up minimal space.

Details

The Teflon-coated changeable gluepot can be quickly and easily replaced and holds 1.2 kg of adhesive granulate. After a heating time of approx. 12 minutes, the machine is ready for use. The micro adjustable glue roller ensures the correct dosage of the hot-melt adhesive and allows perfect matching to different edge materials.

The quick and easy change to other adhesive colours and the use of PUR glue guarantee productive procedures and excellent edges for all areas of application.

    Two diamond tipped shaper cutters rotating in apposing directions, ensure a precise machined edge, before the edge material is attached. With the pre-milling unit, you will obtain tear-free edges, every single time.

    The pressure roller unit consists of one large roller followed by a smaller one. The purpose of the unit is to improve the glue bond between the edge and the material. The unit is mechanically spring loaded and due to the “Quick” setup system, can be adjusted exactly to the required edge thickness. The adjustable spring system provides a perfect bond betweem the panel and edge is  guaranteed.

    The biggest advantage of the new ­multi-functional combination unit is the amount of space it saves in the machine. Adjustment of the settings from flush to bevelled finish for thin edges and also radius trimming is quick and easy. 2 mm radius tooling is included as standard.

    G 300 Series

    Coiled materials of 0.4-3mm in thickness and solid wood edge strips of 5mm thickness can be processed in single feed with 14 to 50mm edge height. The processing of strip materials is possible in single feed. The synchronised, mechanical edge feed ensures an optimal feed of the material.

    End trimming unit with high precision linear guide ensures perfect cuts. The saw blades rotate at 12.000 rpm with a 0.22 kW motor and stand guarantor for perfect cutting results of superior quality and quality for any challenge. With coiled material up to 2mm, a radius trimming can be made and thus allowing for individual application.
    The selection for flush or radius trimming is done conveniently via the control panel.
