With a motor power of 10, 12 or 15 kW (depending on the series) and up to 24,000 rpm, the milling motor is controlled using an inverter and is attached directly to the support module of the drilling head in the Z axis. Dual linear guides guarantee highly precise vertical guiding. The main motor is positioned using ground ball screws. The HSK F63 tool clamping is done automatically. The clamping of the tool is checked using sensors, which then confirm that it is safe to start the operation. The tool holder is cleaned pneumatically. The C-axis is available as the fourth axis and is interpolating (360°) with a compressed air interface for aggregates as standard.
Regardless whether the machine will only be used for cabinet manufacturing or as an all-rounder, you can decide which drilling head configuration is the right one for you. Choose between, a drilling head with only vertical spindles or one with spindles and a grooving saw for vertical and horizontal processing. Inverter controlled motor up to 7,500 rpm
The nesting table with optimal matrix geometry enables the full panel support of workpieces of any size and design, guaranteeing exact positioning.
high flow nesting table: An upgrade to a grid pattern of 30 by 30 mm is available for best possible hold down effects for all sorts of shapes and sizes but especially for smaller pieces. The vacuum table is made out of phenolic resin, which has the benefit of being non-corrosive and is not affected by heat or cold (expansion and contraction). Accurate precision is guaranteed.
As an option, the fences can be equipped to either the front left or right. This ensures maximum operating comfort and additional flexibility when processing workpieces. On automatic machines the continuous fences ensures a steady off load on to the conveyor belt.
The adjustable linear tool changer including cover on the machine base-frame optimally protects the tool-receiving socket against chips and dust,ensures shortest change-over times and can accommodate up to 12 tools and 3 units.

At automatic loading, the lifting table positions the stack of panels directly to the appropriate working height. The alignment of the panel materials takes place directly on the lifting table and synchronously for processing on the working field. This saves time and increases productivity.
The standardized use of units allows almost limitless applications. With the already integrated compressed air interface with blow-off and cooling function even the most custom-built units are compatible for special applications.
Thanks to its small footprint, the short out-feed table simplifies the removal of workpieces for operators. They are gradually pushed off the worktable towards the operator. Using the optional labelling unit, operators can label the workpieces directly at their point of removal so that they can be identified in subsequent production processes.
