FELDER clean air dust extractors guarantee highly efficient chip extraction and air purification. All models achieve a residual dust content of less than 0.1 mg/m³, which is significantly below the legal limit. This means they comply with H3 dust rating requirements and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
A key design advantage of the FELDER extraction system is the positioning of the fan on the clean air side. This technology creates a constant negative pressure throughout the system, reliably preventing dust from escaping even through the smallest leaks. All FELDER dust extractors are, of course, tested and certified in accordance with European Standard EN 16770.
Superior performance and energy efficiency
TheRL 350 perform model sets new standards in its class. Thanks to a specially developed fan wheel, it achieves a maximum air flow rate of 10,000 m³/h. At the same time, the negative pressure in the nominal air flow rate is increased by around 30%, which ensures outstanding extraction performance on all connected machines.
Smart filter technology for consistent performance
The tried-and-tested cartridge filter system offers a generous filtration area of approximately 90 m². A consistently high extraction power is ensured by its optimised JET cleaning system. This system cleans the filter elements fully automatically during operation. In addition, a cleaning cycle is activated each time the fan is switched off to ensure maximum filter performance for the next use.

The tried-and-tested cartridge filters with a filtration area of approx. 90 m² are cleaned during operation by means of the optimised JET cleaning system. After the fan has stopped, cleaning is activated.
The control cabinet of the RL350 perform is designed so that it can also be mounted on a wall instead of the dust extraction unit.
The RL350 perform generates a maximum air flow rate of 10,000 m³/h and increases the negative pressure in the nominal air flow rate by around 30%. Alternatively, the RL350 perform can be equipped with a continuously variable speed control including an energy-efficient 15kW IE5 motor.
The extraction connection can be configured on the left instead of the right side as standard. In this case, the device is mirrored.
Instead of chip boxes, two rotary valve arranged in a row are used, each with a flow rate of around 3 m³/h (at 15% filling). This allows for dust extraction on machines with high chip production. Instead of the safety guard, a blow-off funnel/pipe measuring 160 or 250 mm is installed. This in turn enables the chips produced to be transported away and allows for modular expansion.
The two optional fill level sensors activate the rotary valve when the fill level is reached.
The integrated powder extinguisher system activates automatically at temperatures > 72°C, providing additional safety.
