Quick and precise adjustment of the panel thickness up to 60 mm using a handwheel with dial indicator.
Exact workpiece feed with a chain and smooth feed rollers, no scratches on the workpiece surface of high value laminated materials. A feed speed of 14.5 m/min ensures short working cycles and maximum productivity.
The solid infeed fence ensures precise feeding of the workpiece to the machining process.
The operating and control elements are clearly arranged for easy control of the G 500 EX:

With a 4 kg glue granulate capacity, the teflon coated glue pot provides a running metre capacity of up to 1000 running metres when processing 19 mm board materials. The knurled glue roller ensures an even application of glue to the workpiece.
Automatic infeed of coiled edging materials with a thickness of 0.4-3 mm. Guillotine cutter for pre-cutting ABS or rigid PVC up to 3 mm edge thickness.
The edging material is pressed cleanly, perfectly evenly and precisely onto the workpiece by the large, power-driven first roller. The two secondary rollers provide additional pressure, resulting in a perfectly even joint between the edgebanding material and the workpiece.
The end trimming unit consists of two independent sawing units with high-frequency motors (12,000 rpm). Linear guides ensure highest precision and lowest maintenance. The end trimming units can be individually tilted from 0°-10°.
The multifunction unit for flush, radius and bevel trimming (thin edges) consists of two independent milling units with high-frequency motors (12,000 rpm). Round shaft guides ensure maximum precision with minimum required maintenance. The structural optimisation of the adjustment axes for edge strength and profile ensures quickest adjustment.
The radius scraper removes any small and tiny marks with a light pulling cut resulting in a high quality edge finish.
With a light pulling cut, the surface scraper removes any glue residue along the joint ensuring a perfect workpiece finish. Standard only in select markets.
