Description

For counter profiling of any type of solid wood frames.


Counter profile cutter (can also be ordered as a single item: 501-04-019)

Aluminium moulding tool, surface hard anodised. For manual feed, limited chip thickness, low kickback. Equipped with profile A (500-04-019), other profiles can be used:

  • Profile B (500-04-021)
  • Profile C (500-04-022)
  • Profile D (500-04-023)


Panel raising cutter (can also be ordered as a single item: 500-04-035)

For panel raising of fillings, case fillings, revolving and sliding door fillings, profiling of workpiece edges. Aluminium moulding tool, surface hard anodised. For manual feed, chip thickness limited, low kickback.   Equipped with HW reversible main cutters.

Quality of the cutting edges

HW = tungsten carbide (old designation HM)

HS = high-alloy high-speed steel (high-performance steel) 

SP = alloy tool steel (special steel)

Abbreviations

WM = Reversible knife (can be used on both sides)

PM = Profile knife
