Description

The patented electronic double mitre gauge from Felder allows you to make mitre cuts of different widths at any angle!

This is how easy it works:

Using the keyboard on the integrated computer, enter the desired total angle g and the workpiece widths A and B - read off the setting values a + b and set the double mitre gauge!
The fence stops on the fence rulers can be adjusted up to 1350 mm using the scale.
For length compensation you can use vernier scales depending on the angle set - so that you can also set the exact workpiece length for angular cuts

Can be mounted on any machine type with the following coupling systems (Not included in delivery):

"F" (401-154) = flat coupling for Felder Series 6, 7 up to year of manufacture 04/2007
"P" (430-154) = prism coupling for "X-Roll" format sliding tables
On request also mountable on machines from other manufacturers

It's only this fast with EGL!

There are actually only 3 ways to produce this work example:

Option 1
Approx. 10 minutes preparation time + 10 minutes machine setting: create an outline on a scale of 1:1 and transfer the determined value with the bevel to the workpieces.

Option 2
Approx. 5 minutes preparation time + 5 minutes machine setting
use this formula to calculate the angles: tan(?) = B/A

The only correct way
Approx. 30 seconds preparation time and machine setting: using the keyboard on the integrated computer, enter the desired total angles g and the workpiece widths A and B for the double mitre gauge - read off setting values a + b and set the double mitre gauge! You can start working straight away the result is incredibly precise!
