The sliding table panel saw HAMMER K4 perform is the luxury model among the Hammer circular saws and was developed to handle the most difficult tasks in woodworking. The machine is characterized by industrial quality machine components, a massive workmanship and highest accuracy through innovative FELDER systems.

With the tilting saw blade unit and precision double guiding for precise angle and height adjustment, the K4 perform guarantees a new dimension of efficiency. The built-in, electrically operated scoring saw blade with a Ø of 120 mm makes cuts even through materials with sensitive surfaces a breeze. At the heart of the K4 perform is the powerful circular saw unit with 5.5 HP. The main saw blade with up to Ø 315 mm is mounted in a solid circular saw shaft and enables therefore a cutting hight of 104 mm.

The power transmission of the motor power to the saw arbour or moulder spindle is achieved using large dimensioned Poly-V belts and counter surface. The surface area which is increased through the V shape of the drive belt on the pulley increases the grip and ensures an almost perfect transmission of power from the motor to the saw arbour and moulder spindle.

    The blade can be tilted to any position between 90° and 45° and guarantees precise mitre cuts. End stops at the 90° and 45° position ensure the exact positioning of the settings, a large dimensioned scale makes the exact setting and reading of the value easy.

    The electrically driven Ø 120 mm scoring saw blade ensures tear-free cuts and is perfect for materials with a surface that easily tears off. The scoring saw blade can be adjusted in height without clearance by means of easily accessible adjusting screws.

    Every hammer panel saw can be equipped with a prepartion for the use of specialised dado tooling. The dado tool can be fitted to the saw arbour and makes it possible to make various width grooves, tenons and slots of between 8 and 19.5 mm in width.
